5. Deposits and Withdrawals

vip7 processes all deposits and withdrawals through supported Bangladesh payment methods. All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, however vip7 may apply enhanced due diligence to large single transactions.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. Rocket and Upay deposits are processed within one hour under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take one to three business days to reflect in your Account.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

8. Responsible Gaming

• vip7's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim, less any withdrawals made in the same period.

Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, or force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, or internet infrastructure failures) may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform without triggering any liability.
